Privacy Policy
What information does this site collect?
We collect information, such as name, e-mail and postal addresses, phone, and credit card numbers from you when you visit our Web site and place an order online or by phone. Your credit card information is not stored after charge is made for your order.
How does this site use my information?
When you place an order, we use your personal information to process your order, send you an e-mail to confirm your order or to contact you via phone, postal mail or e-mail if we have other questions regarding your order or purchase. From time to time, we may use this information to contact you via e-mail or postal mail to learn more about your shopping experience and preferences. We may also use this information for promotion purposes. However, you may select to opt out of receiving such promotional information.
Does this site share my information with other entities?
Foxtrot Marketing Group reserves the right to disclose information about you as required by law, in response to legal process and law enforcement requests, and as necessary to protect the property, interests and rights of Foxtrot Marketing Group. Foxtrot Marketing Group does not sell or share any of your personal information with any other companies or entities.
How do I exercise my choices about receiving promotional communications?
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. You may select to opt out of receiving such information. Please also note that when you purchase from us, we will continue to confirm your order by e-mail. In addition, we may also need to contact you via phone, e-mail or postal mail with other questions regarding your order.
Credit Card Safety
Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. Your credit card information is not stored after charge is made for your order.
To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change "http" to "https."
CVV #
In an effort to make your shopping experience as secure as possible, we require that you enter your credit card's three- to four-digit security code (CVV). Since the code can only be found on the card itself, providing it helps to prevent credit card fraud.
Bank or Credit Card Company Liability
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability for unauthorized use of a debit card may be higher, but most debit card issuers voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards as well. Remember: If unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur, you must notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you have with the company.
